Shipping Charges

At Joyce Jewellery, we offer Free Shipping for all Australia-wide orders over $100, for orders less than $100 a $10 shipping fee is charged and a flat rate shipping fee of $25 for international orders.

Shipping Methods

All orders are delivered using regular Australia Post or Sendle shipping services.If you require a signature on your order please let us know for this extra service. In most cases, if you are not present at the time of delivery a postal card will be left at your premise and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time. Standard shipping has an insurance cover of up to $50 value otherwise please check with us for extra cover.

For most international orders, tracking number will be sent once order has been dispatched unless the purchase is a clearance or sale item and value is lower than $200. Alternately, you can request to pay additional for tracking request or extra cover insurance. Please contact us info@joycejewellery.com before you place your order. 

Shipping Destinations

We can deliver to all Australian residential and business addresses. Please specify your business name for orders to business addresses.

We also deliver internationally with exception to unverified and high risk countries. Please email us for further verification.

Shipping Timeframe

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and this usually occurs within 1 - 3 working days of the order being placed.

*Please Note* - SEIKO Japan watch order will take longer than usual. We estimate approximately 10-14 business days to arrive from the day you place your order. Please DO NOT select express post shipping, contact us before you place your order.

In some instances with Fossil Group Brands such as AX, Diesel, Fossil, and Skagen watches may take up to 2 weeks to process, please contact us before placing order if item is urgently in need. From the inspirational design range and silver jewellery products these may take longer than usual to deliver as they are shipped directly from overseas which could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.

See below estimated shipping timeframes for your order to be shipped as occasionally there might be delays with Australia Post. Your orders will be delivered during normal business hours.

International orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered from the following timeframe.

Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

If you desire your product to be delivered earlier we strongly suggest using Fedex/DHL for quicker delivery usually within 5 business days for international orders.

Order Status & Tracking

After you have placed an order, you can follow the fulfilment status of your orders from the My Account section upon logging in. Once your order has been dispatched, an email notification will be sent to your email address with an Australia Post tracking number.
