“The Hunger Games” sequel will film in the Atlanta Georgia area this summer through winter according to some insider knowledge.

Movie and entertainment sites such as MTV.com have mentioned who might be joining lead actress Jennifer Lawrence in the next movie with names like Taylor Kitsch, Armie Hammer and “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson dismissing rumors that he had signed on.

In addition to a switch in filming location, the movie series is switching directors, as Gary Ross announced earlier this year he would not be returning for “Catching Fire.”
